After Breakfast we depart for Uley and reach by post lunch time. On route we will halt at Indus - Zanskar confluence & do a short 30-minute walk on frozen river Zanskar which is a 2 hours’ drive from Leh. After lunch and some rest, we will depart for Uley which is one of the best places in the world to see snow leopards. On route to Uley keep a look out for Urial, Agrali, Tibetan Antelope and Wolf. Upon arrival in Uley, we will reach into a quaint home stay.

After breakfast, we will further explore the Uley region, walking and carefully scanning the ridges in search of the elusive Snow Leopard and the majestic Himalayan Ibex. Lunch will be provided at a convenient location along our journey. Late evening, we will make our way back to the home stay,

After breakfast, Start the day with an early morning trek to prime snow leopard habitats.Local guides and spotters will help track snow leopards using their knowledge of the terrain and signs like tracks and markings. Afternoon have a discussion with local experts. Learn about the conservation efforts in the region, challenges faced by snow leopards, and the importance of their preservation.

Embark on a full-day trek to vantage points known for frequent snow leopard sightings, Carry packed lunches and spend the day observing the landscape for any signs of snow leopards. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Explore the surroundings for other wildlife species, such as Himalayan blue sheep, ibex, and various bird species. Local guides can provide insights into the diverse flora and fauna of the region. Visit bird-rich areas around Ulley for birdwatching. The region is home to several high-altitude bird species, including snow cocks, magpies, and raptors.

We'll start the day with a leisurely morning, savouring breakfast before heading to Leh city, cherishing the delightful memories of encountering snow leopards. Upon arrival, settle into the hotel, and in the evening, unwind with a few drinks amidst the vibrant atmosphere of the Leh market.
