price includes

• 2 nights at Hyatt Regency or similar in Kathmandu
• Accommodation in good quality teahouses for 8 nights during the trek
• All meals while on the trek
• Breakfast while in Kathmandu
• All ground transport as indicated in the itinerary in comfortable minivans.
• Local crew as per requirement. A group would typically have a lead guide and an assistant guide in a group of 4 people plus the necessary number of porters 
• Porterage of upto 20kgs. This would include porters or pack animals carrying your main luggage packed in sturdy duffle bags or rucksacks.
• Comprehensive medical kit
• Airport pickup and drop service as per the itinerary
• All national park fees
• Heli flight between Kathmandu and Lukla and day 2 (weather dependent)
• Heli flight between Kaala Patthar to Kathmandu via Gokyo on day 10 (weather dependent)

• Visa fees
• Travel insurance (mandatory to purchase appropriate insurance for the trip)
• Any evacuation/rescue fees
• Any additional transport and sightseeing apart from what is mentioned in the itinerary
• Additional flight costs incase a group member returns earlier
• Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu
• Any additional snacks, soft drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the trip
• Personal equipment
• Items/expenses of a personal nature (phone bills, laundry etc)
• Tips and gratuity for staff
